On December 18, 2024, an online seminar titled “Attracting Investments for Developers and Builders in Uzbekistan Using Capital Market Instruments” was held.

The National Association of Investment Institutions (NAII) and Commonwealth Partnership Uzbekistan jointly organized this significant event for the professional community. The seminar brought together leading experts from various fields to discuss opportunities for attracting investments for developers and builders in Uzbekistan.

Key speakers included:

• Bahodir Atakhanov – Chairman of NAII, professional mediator;
• Andrey Paranych – Director of the National Association of Financial Planning Specialists;
• Ilya Slavin – Managing Director of the investment company Satori (NAII member);
• Denis Sokolov – Partner and General Director of Commonwealth Partnership Uzbekistan;
• Nodir Yuldashev – Partner and Head of Construction Practice at GRATA International.

The seminar served as a continuation of the webinar held on November 8, 2024, titled “The Uzbek Market for Russian and International Developers: Regional Expansion in Practice.” In addition to Bahodir Atakhanov, Denis Sokolov, and Nodir Yuldashev, the following speakers participated in the November webinar:

• Stanislav Akhmedzyanov, Managing Partner at IBC Global, with the topic: “Challenges in Finding Land and Project Financing in Uzbekistan: The Experience of a Russian Developer”;
• Nadezhda Mikeshkina and Alexander Krivosheev, representatives of MRC-club, with the topic: “GR & PR: Specifics and Effective Tools for Entering Central Asian Markets”;
• Adilet Jusubaliev, Director of the public foundation Birlikte, with the topic: “Intercultural Communication in PR: Key Considerations for Working with the Media in Central Asia.”

Both events generated significant interest among professionals, providing a platform for discussing relevant issues and exchanging experiences.
